Mix everything and blend until creamy (I use a Vitamix) and pour over the prepared salad.

Buckwheat spaghetti with edamame beans

Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions, adding the edamame beans to the water for the last minute. Drain partially and leave them submerged in lukewarm water so they don't stick together. In the meantime, tear fresh baby spinach leaves into a bowl, sprinkle with sesame seeds and drizzle with unsalted tahini paste and soy sauce. Mix everything with the spaghetti and beans.
